In February 2020, they transitioned to Kforce Inc as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in uniting professionals from the Information Technology space with roles in various industries such as technology, automotive, insurance, and more. Troy supported a wide range of roles including developers, engineers, project managers, and cybersecurity professionals. Then, in September 2021, they joined The Ash Group as an IT Recruiter, where they focus on sourcing and vetting candidates for IT, engineering, and business operations positions.
Troy Andrew earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Florida International University. Troy attended the university from 2015 to 2019.
