Bailey Hill is a seasoned media and content production professional with extensive experience in digital content management and creative production. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Content Producer at TAG - The Aspen Group, Bailey leads digital content initiatives across multiple brands and has successfully managed the migration of portfolio brands to a new CMS platform. Previous roles include Creative Production Director at Charter & Co, where Bailey produced multiple award-winning videos and optimized production processes, and Creative Operations Lead as an Independent Consultant for TASH, focusing on nonprofit initiatives. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Applied Developmental Psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wheaton College.
