Eric Wawrzynek

Eric Wawrzynek is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Service Operations at TAG - The Aspen Group since December 2020, Eric leads the IT support processes for both field and corporate environments while developing key performance indicators to enhance organizational growth. Prior to this role, Eric held various leadership positions at Atos, Xerox, and McDonald's, where responsibilities included overseeing IT infrastructure service delivery, creating and managing budgets, and establishing governance frameworks. Eric's expertise encompasses a wide range of technologies, operational support, and critical service delivery, supported by advanced degrees in Business Administration and Telecommunications Management.
