Kaitlin Keen

Kaitlin Keen is currently serving as the Workday Recruitment Product Lead at TAG - The Aspen Group since March 2024, working remotely. Prior to this role, Kaitlin worked as a Human Resources Information System Analyst at CAI from May 2022 to March 2024 and at Lennar from October 2021 to May 2022, both in remote capacities. Kaitlin began a career at TD, holding multiple positions including HRIS Analyst I, Data Processor I, and Human Resources Intern from June 2015 to October 2021 in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Earlier experience includes a Finance Internship with Carneys Point Township from September 2013 to May 2014. Kaitlin holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Rowan University, earned in January 2019, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and Human Resources from Rowan University, completed in January 2016.
