Lori Csercse

Lori Csercse, PHR, GPHR, serves as the Sr. Director of People Operations & Technology at TAG - The Aspen Group since March 2022, contributing to one of the largest retail healthcare support organizations in the U.S. Previously, Lori held key roles at Deloitte, including Director of People Experience for Operations & Technology and Manager of HR Transformation, where expertise in Workday and HR service delivery transformation was applied to lead significant HR projects for global organizations. Additional experience includes positions at Faraday Future, Rakuten USA, and Rakuten, managing HR operations, processes, and technology implementations across diverse, multi-cultural environments. Lori's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from Purdue Global.
