Osvaldo Grano

Osvaldo Grano is an experienced network operations professional currently serving as the Network Operations Lead Engineer at TAG - The Aspen Group since October 2023. Previously, Osvaldo held the position of Information Technology Operations Manager at Amazon from August 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing IT network and cloud infrastructure across multiple logistics delivery stations in Chicago, performing network engineering, troubleshooting, and coordinating large network project migrations. Prior experience includes roles as a Network Engineer at Access One, Inc. and Senior Network Support Engineer at AT&T, where Osvaldo was involved in configuring and maintaining network devices, providing technical support, and managing complex network projects. Osvaldo earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Telecommunications Engineering from DeVry University between 1999 and 2004.
