Anna Callender

Anna Callender has extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Anna started their career in 2001 as a Dual Property Sales Executive at Isle of Capri Casinos. Anna was quickly promoted and excelled in this role. Anna then transitioned to the role of Community Relations Director at Angelus Retirement Community in 2003, where they successfully managed the sales and marketing budget and achieved maximum community occupancy. Anna continued their career at Hearthstone Assisted Living as a Community Relations Director, where they focused on occupancy strategies and built strong relationships with families and referral sources. In 2006, they joined Emeritus Senior Living and served in various regional and divisional operations and sales roles, earning multiple promotions for their leadership and organizational skills. Anna then worked at The LaSalle Group / Autumn Leaves as an Associate Vice President and Southeast Director of Operations, overseeing operational and budgetary responsibilities and supporting regional directors. In 2014, they joined the Texas Assisted Living Association as a Board Member. Anna continued to advance their career at Sunshine Retirement Living as a Regional Vice President of Operations and at Resort Lifestyle Communities as a Director of Field Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations at The Aspenwood Company. Anna's work experience demonstrates their expertise in operations, sales, marketing, and leadership within the senior living industry.
