Rory McQuoid

Rory McQuoid is a seasoned professional in the construction and project management sectors, currently serving as a General Contractor Business Coach at The Aspire Institute since November 2022. With prior experience as a Project Manager at FAR West Technologies and SME Inc. of Seattle from October 2020 to October 2021 and January 2017 to October 2020, respectively, Rory has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills. Earlier roles include Sales Associate at Eddie Bauer and Senior Heavy Equipment Operator in the United States Army, which spanned from January 2007 to November 2012. Rory began the professional journey as a Laborer and Equipment Operator at Double H Construction in 2003. Educationally, Rory holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Construction Management from Edmonds Community College, obtained between 2013 and 2015.
