Dave Asprey has a diverse work experience that includes founding and leading multiple companies. Dave is the founder and CEO of Upgrade Labs and The Asprey Group, both established in 2014. Asprey is also the founder of Bulletproof 360, a successful venture-backed startup that offers various products and free content related to human performance. Dave served as the Chairman of the Silicon Valley Health Institute from 2002 to 2023. Additionally, Asprey held various leadership roles at companies like Trend Micro, Basis, Trinity Ventures, Blue Coat Systems, Zeus Technology, and Corventis, where they contributed to technology strategy, cloud computing, virtualization, and marketing.

Dave Asprey completed a four-year study in Computer Science at UC Santa Barbara from 1990 to 1994. Dave then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems at California State University from 1994 to 1995. In 2002, Dave attended The Wharton School and earned an MBA with a specialization in Business between 2002 and 2004.
