Allison Jones, M.S., SHRM-CP, serves as a Human Resources Generalist at The Assistance Fund since March 2020, playing a critical role in HR operations by maintaining policies, facilitating performance reviews, managing recruitment, and enhancing employee engagement through various programs. Previous experience includes roles at FIS, where Allison was a People Operations Associate II and Human Resources Coordinator, assisting with employee data management and onboarding. Early career highlights include managing HR functions at STEPS and overseeing marketing and volunteer coordination at the Center for Independent Living in Central Florida. Allison holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Human Resources Development from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.

The Assistance Fund (TAF) is an independent charitable patient assistance organization that helps patients and families facing high medical out-of-pocket costs by providing financial assistance for their copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and other health-related expenses. We currently manage nearly 90 disease programs, each of which covers all FDA-approved treatment for the disease named in the program. Since 2009, TAF has helped nearly 180,000 people access critical treatment for life-threatening, chronic, and rare diseases. TAF's MISSION is to provide underinsured people living with life-threatening, chronic, and rare diseases access to critical treatment through financial assistance, education, and advocacy. TAF's VISION is to see the day when no person goes without treatment because of an inability to pay.
