Karey Follows

Karey Follows, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at AMT - The Association For Manufacturing Technology since November 2018. Prior experience includes HR Manager roles at Ad Hoc LLC and Four Points Technology, where Karey contributed to significant workforce growth. Additional roles encompass HR Generalist II at Middleburg Bank, HR Specialist at UNICOM Government Inc., and Senior Recruiter at BAS Healthcare, Inc. Karey recently completed the Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate Program at Cornell University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management and Coaching from the University of Lynchburg.
