Atreyi Kankanhalli has extensive work experience in the field of information systems and academia. Atreyi is currently a Provost's Chair Professor at the National University of Singapore, a position they have held since January 2020. Atreyi Kankanhalli holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore, which they obtained between 1999 and 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1986 to 1987. Their undergraduate studies were completed at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, where they earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Electrical Engineering from 1982 to 1986.
