Dempsey has played a crucial role in integrating Lean concepts into product engineering and manufacturing processes, leading significant transformation initiatives across global teams. In addition to industry experience, Dempsey has been actively involved with the Civil Air Patrol since December 1977, holding various leadership positions, including Wing Commander of the Illinois Wing. Dempsey's educational background includes an MBA in Operations from Loyola University Chicago and dual degrees in Aviation Technology and Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
