Desiree Dolecki, CMP, currently serves as Senior Director of Conferences & Events at The Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), a position held since August 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the planning of the Annual International Conference, managing a conference budget exceeding $1 million, and leading the Big Event Support Team to ensure alignment with business goals. Prior to AME, Desiree held the role of Director of Meeting Planning at WJ Weiser & Associates, executing over 60 medical meetings with a budget of approximately $15 million. Desiree's career began at Walgreens, where experience encompassed roles from Event Manager to Marketing Specialist, overseeing the planning and execution of over 175 events annually. Desiree holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology.
