Jeff Fuchs is an experienced professional in management consulting and education with a strong focus on Lean principles. Currently serving as an Instructor for the Lean Curriculum in the Maryland Certified Public Manager Program at the University of Baltimore, Jeff develops and delivers content aimed at enhancing management skills for public sector and nonprofit leaders. As the Founder and President of Neovista Consulting, LLC, Jeff specializes in operational excellence and organizational transformation. Roles with the Association for Manufacturing Excellence and the Shingo Institute highlight Jeff's commitment to promoting Lean practices and recognizing world-class operational excellence. Additionally, Jeff has held leadership positions on various boards, including the Maryland Advisory Commission on Manufacturing Competitiveness.
