Michael Bremer is an experienced professional with a career spanning several decades in various leadership and educational roles. Currently serving as Vice President of AME Excellence Awards at The Association of Manufacturing Excellence since 1995, Michael manages global manufacturing excellence award activities and supports applicants in their improvement processes. Michael has also contributed to Dominican University's Osher Life Long Learning Institute (OLLI) as a Group Moderator and Advisory Board Member, focusing on discussions around global issues and facilitating classes for lifelong learners. A retired President of Cumberland Chicago, Michael has a history of enhancing organizational performance and has served as an Instructor at the University of Chicago, teaching about process innovation and effective leadership. Previous roles include Senior Engagement Manager at Motorola, President of Flow-Works Inc., and various positions at Beatrice Foods and Ernst and Young. Michael holds a BS in Business with an emphasis on Information Systems and Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
