Peggy G. is an experienced leader in innovation, operations, and manufacturing with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as VP of Innovation and Optimization at General Motors since November 2024, Peggy focuses on delivering operational excellence and maximizing customer value. Peggy has held significant roles on executive boards, including the Member Executive Board of Directors for The Association for Manufacturing Excellence and the Member Board of Directors for Women in Manufacturing. Previous positions include VP of Advanced Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement at Kohler Co., where Peggy was instrumental in digitizing and standardizing factories globally, and Director of Strategy and Transformation at AGCO Corporation, specializing in business performance transformation. Peggy holds an MBA in Global Business from Capella University and has earned additional certifications in Lean Management and Project Management.
