Currently serving as President of Free Flux Consulting since August 2017, Villeda also contributes as a Coach and Mentor at 6SigmaTek LLC, Lean Consortium Facilitator for The Association for Manufacturing Excellence, and Senior Consultant at FinTek Consulting. In prior roles, Villeda held significant positions including Sr. Staff - Continuous Improvement Leader at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics and Business Performance Improvement Practice Leader at Auxis, where impactful performance improvement initiatives were executed for major organizations. Educational credentials include a BIE in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and two A.S. degrees in Industrial Management and Physics from Middle Georgia College.
