Dave MacLellan has a diverse work experience in the laser industry. Dave currently serves as the Executive Director of the Association of Industrial Laser Users (AILU), where they are responsible for delivering events, publications, and networking opportunities for laser users worldwide. Prior to this, Dave was the Director and Owner of Anode Marketing Ltd., where they provided outsourced digital marketing services to businesses. Dave also worked as a Sales Manager at Rofin-Baasel UK, promoting the sale of laser systems and overseeing marketing activities. Dave started their career as a Technical Sales Engineer at Lumonics Ltd. and later worked as a Teaching Company Associate at Coventry University. Dave began their professional journey as a Senior Design Engineer at GEC Industrial Controls.
Dave MacLellan graduated from The University of Manchester in 1984 with a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
