Esben Gadsbøll has extensive experience in the tech startup ecosystem, serving in various leadership roles since 2013. Currently, Esben holds the position of Chairman of the Board and Co-initiator at Danske Tech Startups, where efforts focus on fostering growth for tech startups in Denmark. Esben is also a Co-Founder and Board Member of TechBBQ, Scandinavia's largest tech startup conference, and a Partner at Nordic Makers, which supports ambitious entrepreneurs. Additional roles include being an Investor and Chairman of the Board at Reshopper, Chairman of the Board for Nordic Business Angel Network, and a Co-Founder of pree.to, among others. Esben's commitment to the startup community is further evidenced by past involvement with Dansk Konkurrenceevneråd and DanBAN.

It has become more important than ever for us entrepreneurs to become organised, given the current economic and political scene. Because when we organise, we have an impactful voice! Therefore, more than 50 experienced tech startup entrepreneurs and investors came together to kickstart the initiative for the Danish Tech Startups Association in the summer of 2020. Here among some of the established tech companies are Tradeshift, Unity, Planday, Vivino, Too Good To Go, PLEO, Founders, Rainmaking and Queue-it. We're here to help tech startups succeed in Denmark! We bring entrepreneurs together to fight the political and financial barriers against tech startups in Denmark. Together, we derive value from each other through network groups, Unicorn Academy, Townhall etc.
