Timothy J. Spreen

Timothy J. Spreen is an experienced facility manager and planner currently employed at The ASTA Group, LLC since October 2021. Prior to this role, Timothy worked as a facility planner at B3H Corporation, where responsibilities included planning and managing facility issues for the Center for Security Forces. Timothy's extensive background in engineering and management includes positions such as Deputy District Engineer for the Virginia Department of Transportation, where Timothy led maintenance and operations for the Hampton Roads District, and Business Director for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), overseeing business direction and leadership across the NAVFAC Atlantic area of responsibility. Timothy holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering from Bradley University.
