Currently serving as the Director of Member Services at The Athletic Club of Columbus since August 2014, Alexander oversees various departments including the Barbershop, Childcare, Front Desk, Spa, and Valet. Previous roles include Guest Services Manager and Supervisor at Biras Creek Resort Ltd, where Alexander focused on exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. With an educational foundation in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University and international exposure through study abroad at Macquarie University, Alexander has demonstrated expertise in team leadership and operational management across prestigious establishments.
