The Project Management team at The Atkins Group orchestrates and oversees all aspects of real estate development projects. This includes planning, scheduling, and coordinating between various stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. The team consists of a Project Manager who leads the strategy, a Superintendent who manages on-site operations, and an Assistant Superintendent who supports daily site activities and logistics.
