Kelsie Stephens

Kelsie Stephens is an experienced research professional currently serving as the Director of Research at The Atlas for Cities since July 2022, following the company's acquisition of CJIS GROUP. Previously, Kelsie held the same title at CJIS GROUP from January 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Research Team to identify and validate technology opportunities in the SLED market, offering valuable market intelligence, and assisting government entities in networking and project development.
