The Atmann Project is a platform focused on emotional and mental well-being through integrative psychotherapy. Founded by Shwetambari Bhatt, the project brings together psychotherapy, guided meditation, and energy field therapy to support individuals in understanding and improving their emotional health.

Our mission is to make holistic emotional support more accessible by offering multiple therapeutic approaches within one integrated system. Through our structured Atmann Sessions, individuals receive guided support across different aspects of emotional growth and self-awareness. The platform also aims to expand into schools, corporates, and digital tools to promote emotional resilience and well-being at scale. Our vision is to create a space where science, psychology, and mindful healing practices work together to support healthier, more balanced lives.
