Julia Langer

Julia Langer is the Chief Executive Officer of The Atmospheric Fund, an independent agency established to reduce carbon emissions and air pollution in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area since February 2009. Previously, Julia held several key positions including Director of the Climate Change Campaign at WWF-Canada, and Policy Analyst (Consultant) at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. As Executive Director of Friends of the Earth (Canada) and Policy Advisor in the Office of the Minister of the Environment, Julia provided critical policy analysis on environmental issues. Julia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from McGill University and a BSc in Toxicology from the University of Toronto - Innis College.
