Maria Lotito

Maria Lotito has a strong background in operations, training, and development. Maria has held various leadership roles, such as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations, at The Auctus Group. Their responsibilities included improving productivity, reducing costs, and driving growth initiatives. Prior to that, Maria worked at SMS Assist, L.L.C., where they oversaw training and development programs as an Associate Director and Manager. Maria also has experience in customer success management from their time at PrepMe. Throughout their career, Maria has demonstrated expertise in implementing training tools, developing new curriculum, and driving operational enhancements to achieve organizational goals.

Maria Lotito completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Health Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2008. Maria then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in School Counseling from Saint Xavier University, graduating in 2013. In the same year, they obtained a Type 73- School Counseling certification.
