Craig Manzer has over 18 years of experience in Information Technology, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at The Aurum Group since June 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing business intelligence, disaster recovery, database administration, and IT systems security among other areas. Previously, Craig worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Triware Technologies from 2002 to 2005, managing technical support tasks, client software support, and IT-related projects.
