Aphiwe Malgas is an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist with a background in various healthcare organizations. Currently employed at The Aurum Institute, Aphiwe has also worked in roles such as Senior Medical Technologist at Ampath Trust and Medical Technologist at various other companies. Aphiwe's expertise includes developing and implementing laboratory support plans, ensuring quality control, and training and mentoring teams. Aphiwe holds a National Diploma in Biomedical Technology/Technician from Vaal University of Technology and is currently pursuing a degree in Quality Management at Tshwane University of Technology.
