James Ridgers

James Ridgers is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a diverse background in various sectors including industrial projects, commercial electrical design, and educational roles. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineer at Disneyland Resort since June 2023, James functions as the Owner’s representative on projects from concept through construction. Prior to this, James worked at The Austin Company focusing on large projects in aerospace, food processing, and pharmaceuticals, while utilizing Revit and AutoCAD. Additional experience includes positions as an Electrical Design Engineer at tk1sc and a Project Engineer at A.J. Kirkwood & Associates, where James estimated projects and created electrical drawings. James’s early career includes significant internships at UC Santa Cruz and NASA Langley Research Center, as well as volunteer educational support for high school students. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
