Jacquie joined the AAMT team in December 2012, working as the graphic and web designer. She puts together the Australian Primary Mathematics Classroom journal (APMC) and the Australian Mathematics Education Journal (AMEJ). She produces a variety of promotional material for AAMT projects, advises project managers on visual communication, develops project and conference branding, and undertakes web design work as needed. Jacquie graduated from UniSA in 2004 with a Bachelor of Visual Communication and has extensive experience in graphic/web design. She has run her freelance design business (Red Ripple Design) since 2004, worked in newspaper and magazine production, and as a studio designer. She also teaches undergraduate Visual Communication students part-time at UniSA.

AAMT works with Government, Universities, Industry and the community to represent mathematics education and advocate for investment to support training for mathematics educators to stay up date with the changing landscape of mathematics.
