Lavina joined AAMT in September 2020 as a Product Manager, supporting Maths300 development and operations. Starting February 2022, she transitioned into the role of Projects Manager and is responsible for ensuring that all systems and projects function effectively within the organization.
She is a Computer Engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources. She is also a ‘Project Management Professional’ (an internationally recognized title offered by the Project Management Institute). This complements her 17 years of experience in managing projects and stakeholder relationships across both non-profit and for-profit organizations.
Lavina is passionate about developing structured solutions & strategies to create a long-lasting impact on efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability of organizations.
