Jagbeer Kaur

At ACER India, Jagbeer Kaur works in bid management and business development. She is also engaged in the evaluation projects including baseline, midline, and endline studies of programme interventions.

Over the years, Jagbeer has developed a deep understanding of the development challenges in emerging and underdeveloped economies, and experience of working with development partners. She has worked with various clients including agencies such as UNICEF, Asian Development Bank, World Bank, British Council, Plan International, Right To Play, Spencer Foundation, etc.

Jagbeer has experience of working in development consulting right from areas such as quality education, health and nutrition, WASH to urban governance, and infrastructure including smart cities and sustainable tourism.

She has been an active researcher in different development domains with an in-depth understanding of data management. Some of her assignments include Baseline research of the Learning through Play (LtP) programme in Rwanda; Baseline survey of Refugee children’s education programme in Sudan; Midline Evaluation of the Catch up scale up programme in Zambia; End-line Evaluation of the Zambian Girls 2030 Programme; Budget analysis in Kenya, and an evaluation of a UNICEF-funded disaster risk reduction programme in Bihar, India.

Jagbeer holds dual Masters in Education and Mathematics from Kumaun University, Nainital.
