Aaron McEwan serves as the VP of Research & Advisory at Gartner since September 2018, where responsibilities involve providing senior leaders with critical insights and tools. Concurrently, since August 2022, Aaron holds the position of Senior Industry Fellow at RMIT University's FORWARD Centre for Future Skills and Workforce, focusing on future workforce development. As Associate at Macquarie University's Centre for Workforce Futures since January 2020, Aaron contributes to research addressing economic and policy challenges in work organization. Aaron is also an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at UNSW, a National Committee member of the Australian Psychological Society's Interest Group in Coaching Psychology, and serves on advisory boards including Beam Australia and Play2Lead. Registered as a psychologist with the National Psychology Board, Aaron has previously lectured at the Sydney Business School. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and multiple psychology degrees from Griffith University.
