Neil McCoy is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure and cloud operations, currently serving as the Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Manager at the Australian Psychological Society since June 2019. Previous roles include IT Manager at Schots Home Emporium and Jowett Motor Group, where Neil managed complex IT environments and led multiple IT projects for significant user bases. With expertise in network administration, systems engineering, and training, Neil has successfully implemented large-scale infrastructure projects and provided high-level support across various technologies including VMware, Microsoft, and Cisco. Neil holds a Cert IV in Training & Assessment from Box Hill Institute and has developed training programs for diverse IT topics.
