Zena Burgess FAICD FAPS has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership and director roles across different organizations. Zena is currently serving as an International Board Member for STOP-CSAM, a technology-driven initiative aimed at preventing child sexual abuse and child abuse materials online. Additionally, Zena is the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a Director at Diabetes Australia.

Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources at Monash University from 1991 to 1994. Zena also holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Continuing Professional Development from La Trobe University, which they completed from 1983 to 1987.
