Tracy Avin

Tracy Avin is a seasoned professional in the HR and business development sectors, recognized for founding TroopHR in November 2020, an exclusive HR community aimed at empowering People Professionals. Tracy serves as an advisor for The Authentic Asian, a network dedicated to supporting Asian American female executives and entrepreneurs, and is a founding member of the Forbes Business Development Council. Previously, Tracy held the position of VP of Business Development & Wellness at MBL Benefits Consulting Corp. from 2016 to 2023, and contributed to several other organizations, including Zipdrug as an advisor and Pager as Head of Enterprise. Tracy's educational background includes a BSBA in Marketing & Organizational Behavior from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and an Executive Business Mastery Certificate from NYU School of Professional Studies.
