Shaikha al Ajami

Shaikha Al Ajami is a skilled professional with extensive experience in social impact, technology mergers and acquisitions, and semiconductors. Currently working at Ma'an Abu Dhabi in Social Impact Bonds Projects since April 2019, Shaikha previously held positions at Mubadala in Technology M&A from 2010 to 2016 and at GlobalFoundries in the semiconductor industry between 2012 and 2015. Early career experiences include a trainee role at ODDO BHF and an internship at the German Near and Middle East Association. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance from Zayed University, participation in the Emerging Leaders Program at the University of California, Berkeley, a Capstone Senior Year at Freie Universität Berlin, a Master of Diplomacy and International Studies from Zayed University, and a Bachelor of International Studies with a Minor in Communications from Zayed University, complemented by attending Summer Leadership School at Montana State University-Bozeman.
