Emma Williams

Emma joined Avalon in 2018 as Finance Director, reporting to the CEO. She is responsible for the financial strategy and management of the charity. She has worked in finance for over 15 years including 13 years with KPMG and two years as Finance Director of a Leeds-based advocacy provider, where she currently holds the position of Treasurer.

Emma is keen to finance professionally but she especially enjoys the challenges and fast-moving environment of the social care sector, as well as the strong focus on people.
