Jay Cook is an experienced professional with a background in quality engineering and demand planning. Currently serving as a Demand Planning Analyst at Avedis Zildjian Company since February 2018, Jay has also held positions as a Senior Quality Engineer and Quality Engineer. Previous experience at Textron Systems from June 2008 to February 2018 includes roles as a Supplier Quality Engineer and Engineering Specialist, with a focus on Non-destructive Testing (NDT) and level III responsibilities in Radiographic and Fluorescent Penetrant Testing. Jay oversaw the radiographic inspection of the thermal protection system for NASA's Orion program, utilizing advanced imaging techniques. Additionally, Jay acted as Project Manager for a multi-million-dollar facility renovation project. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Quality Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Technology from Plymouth State University.
