Erika Richter

Erika Richter is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Risk Management at The Avon Company since December 2021, Erika has previously held the position of Risk Manager at Equinox, where responsibilities included the placement and administration of corporate insurance policies and advanced claims management. Erika's experience also includes roles as Risk Manager and Senior Paralegal at the Javits Center, focusing on risk assessment and claims management, and as a Paralegal and Assistant Secretary to the Board at the Alliance for Downtown New York, assisting with corporate governance and finance matters. Erika's career began with positions at Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, Davis Vision, and Eaton & Torrenzano, Esq., where foundational legal skills were developed. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
