Ryan Harris

Ryan Harris, CSSR, PRC is an HRIS/Benefits Analyst at The Avon Company since August 2023. Previously, Ryan held positions at VTS, including People Operations Specialist and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where significant contributions included implementing the HiBob HRIS system and optimizing auditing processes, as well as supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. At UJA-Federation of New York, Ryan served as a Development Assistant and Office Assistant, facilitating communication with donors and supporting fundraising operations. Ryan's early experience includes working with the New York Jets in corporate partnerships. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from SUNY Oneonta.
