Andreas Tsavos

Andreas Tsavos is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Managing Partner at The Avra Group since August 2021. Prior to this role, Andreas held multiple significant positions, including Director of Restaurants at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality from August 2017 to August 2021, overseeing renowned establishments such as Cleo, Katsuya, Filia, Carna, Monkey Bar, and 25° North. Andreas also worked as the Director of Food and Beverage for NISÍ Restaurant Group from December 2015 to August 2017 and was the General Manager at Estiatorio Milos from January 2013 to December 2015. Earlier in a career spanning from January 2003 to January 2013, Andreas acted as the Director of Operations for Southeast Asia and General Manager for various Nikki Beach locations, including the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa, Nikki Beach Miami, Nikki Beach Marbella, and Nikki Midtown NYC.
