Additional experience includes roles as General Manager at Distilled NY, Bar Manager at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, and Assistant General Manager at Vic & Anthony's Steak House. Frank began their career at Del Frisco’s Grille and has also worked as a server. Frank's educational background includes studies at Pratt Institute.

The Avra Group was founded in 2000 by Nick Tsoulos, Nick Pashalis and Marc Packer. Avra specializes in whole grilled fish and Greek delicacies, bringing fine Mediterranean dining to New York City, Beverly Hills and Miami.
