Karen Deffner

Karen Deffner is an experienced dance educator and business owner, currently serving as a Dance Educator at The Awty International School since January 2021. As the owner of Motion Dance Center and CEO of Ballroom Dance Company, LLC, Karen has demonstrated strong leadership in the dance industry since March 2018. Additionally, Karen instructs yoga at THE HOUSE AT POOH CORNER LIMITED and directs dance at Xavier Educational Academy, LLC, showcasing a diverse skill set. Previous experience includes a Dance Instructor role at Fred Astaire Dance Studio and an interviewer for Digital Art. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Universidad Tecmilenio, earned between 2015 and 2018.
