Leah Fischer

Leah Fischer currently serves as Interim Head of Early Learning and Deputy Head of Early Learning at The Awty International School, where also held the position of Instructional Coach and CDI Teacher. Prior to this role, Leah was an Elementary Instructional Coach focused on Math and Science, as well as a 3rd Grade Math/Science Teacher and Team Lead at The Village School. Leah's career began in Katy ISD as a 4th Grade Math/Science Teacher and Team Lead, followed by a position as a Technology Coach and 4th Grade Teacher at the Universal American School of Dubai. Leah holds a Master of Arts in Teacher Leadership for International Educators from the University of Northern Iowa, supplemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Psychology from the same institution.
