Dick Kracht, Ed.D, is an experienced executive coach and trainer currently serving as an Adjunct Executive Coach and Trainer at The Ayers Group since January 2013 and as an Adjunct Coach/Trainer at the Center For Creative Leadership since 1997. Kracht is also the owner of A Constructive Influence Inc., a position held since 2007, and worked as an Adjunct Career Counselor at Williams, Roberts, Young Inc. from January 2009 to December 2020. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University Sarasota, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Liberty University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
