Shubhangi Arora is currently an Assistant Manager at The Ayurveda Co.™ - T.A.C, a position they have held since 2022. From 2020-2022, they were a Business Development Manager and Key Account Manager at Pidge, where they planned, developed and oversaw the overall business development strategy with a focus on financial gain and client satisfaction, researched prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursued leads and followed through to a successful agreement, partnered with Sales Operations and Marketing to test, measure, and execute acquisition ideas, and implemented new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales. Additionally, they built strategic long-term relationships with key decision-makers, middle and senior management, analyzed industry and internal data to understand the competitive landscape across multiple categories and identify customer trends, and coached and mentored New Accounts Managers. From 2018-2020, they were a Content Executive - Zomato Content at JindalX, where they sourced, curated and updated content across all platforms, worked closely with multiple teams to ensure all escalations and processes were managed in time, and managed partner relations and concerns to ensure they were fully equipped to go live with Zomato's new products.

Shubhangi Arora completed their Bachelor of Design from FDDI Business School (Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India) , Institute of National Importance - By Act of Parliament in the field of Designing from 2014 to 2018.
