Shay Bee

Shay Bee possesses extensive experience in childcare, holding several leadership roles such as Hiring Manager at The Babysitting Company since September 2016 and CEO and Founder of multiple businesses, including So Shay Naturals and The Stroller Fairy. Shay has also contributed as a Nanny and a Teacher at Rainbow Kiddie Academy. In addition to practical experience, Shay has a strong academic background with degrees in Developmental and Child Psychology and an AAS in Early Childhood Education, complemented by a graduate certificate in Systemic Couple and Family Therapy. Shay's mission centers around simplifying the complexities of the baby care industry.
