James Schindler

James Schindler is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and sales, currently serving as Senior Vice President at SourceLab Search since its establishment in January 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of Vice President at The Bachrach Group, where management of the entire hiring process for clients was a primary focus. James has also held leadership roles at Staples as Director of Sales & Marketing, Robert Half as Staffing Manager, Wells Fargo as Director of Sales & Marketing, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car as Branch Manager. James earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from St. Francis College in 2001 and completed high school education at Bishop Ford Central Catholic High School in 1996.
